Responsibilities:

Jenny is head of the Litigation Department. Jenny specialises in all areas of personal injury including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, trips and falls, criminal injuries compensation and accidents caused by dangerous animals. Jenny is able to assist in all claims from those involving minor injuries to claims involving catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries. Jenny also has experience in a wide range of clinical negligence claims including claims for delayed and wrong diagnosis, injuries sustained at birth and surgical mistakes.

Profile:

Jenny graduated from Manchester University with a LLB Law degree. Jenny started her legal career as a personal injury paralegal in 2002, she qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and since then has gained considerable experience working exclusively for the victims of accidents and medical negligence. Jenny joined Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP as head of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department in 2010.
